Harry John and Amelia met at Bradford Grammar School in 2008 when she joined the sixth form. Harry John was the Rugby captain and Amelia says she had some competition but she got her man in the end.
After a whirlwind high school romance they both headed of to university but distance was no obstacle for these two and they kept their long distance relationship alive and in 2015 bought their first house together.

They have had a rough journey to their wedding day. It was originally planned for the end of July 2019 but Harry John became very ill and they needed to postpone it til 8th December. Sadly Amelia's mum died before the new date. They both decided to go ahead anyway, it's what her mum would have wanted.
The day was truly a day filled with love and joy. You could feel it in every part of the day from the littlest detail to the biggest moments.
The ceremony was held at Harry Johns family church, St Stephens Church in Skipton. It's a venue I have never been to before but it is a lovely bright church. HJ was sat at the front anxiously waiting for Amelia to arrive, that sort of happy anxious waiting for the biggest moment of his life to start.
It was so lovely to finally see these two high school sweethearts finally get married. It was such a celebration of love and family.
