Kirsty and Jack: From Wickes to Wedding Bells at Kendal Town Hall and Castle Green Hotel

Kirsty and Jack's love story started in the most unexpected place – a Wickes store. Their chance meeting led to a beautiful partnership that blossomed over the years.

Kirsty and Jack first met at Wickes in 2014, a setting that most would not associate with romance. It’s amazing how love can grow in everyday environments. Their relationship officially began on November 24, 2014, marking a special moment for both.

In March 2015, Jack arranged a memorable surprise to propose to Kirsty. He chose a serene lakeside spot they often visited, showcasing his thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

On their special day, Kirsty and Jack chose to say “I do” at Kendal Town Hall. This historic venue provided a quaint and intimate atmosphere, ideal for their ceremony. The town hall's elegant architecture and welcoming ambiance created a perfect backdrop for their vows, ensuring their memories would last a lifetime.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to Castle Green Hotel for a delightful celebration.

Kirsty and Jack’s wedding day was a celebration of love and a beautiful beginning to their journey together. From their chance encounter at Wickes to their heartfelt vows at Kendal Town Hall, each moment was significant and filled with joy.

Here are a few of my favourites from the day:
